PRODUCT DESCRIPTION  

MUCOR-101 is a water and brine soluble quaternary amine based effective corrosion inhibitor, formulated for application in oilfield, water treatment and other industrial applications. It can be used to treat water cut well flow lines, process equipment and oil pipelines. It is particularly suitable for pipelines application where it will partition predominantly into the water phase ensuring effective treatment of water setting out at low spots. It may also be used along with Drilling fluids and an Effective Oxygen Scavenger and Biocide. It effectively controls corrosion by dissolved oxygen. It should be applied by continuous injection

  APPLICATION  

MUCOR-101 is physically and chemically absorbs on metal and help to protect it from hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and oxygen corrosion. It is designed to control internal corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen in oil & gas production systems, water injection systems and pipelines

  RECOMMENDED TREATMENT  

MUCOR-101 normal treatment rate for effective corrosion protection would be 0.1 to 0.5% based on fluid volume

  PACKING AND STORAGE  

MUCOR-101 is packed in 5 GAL Cans or 55 GAL Drums. Store in dry, well‐ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles

MUCOR-101 is equivalent to CONQOR-101 (M-I), BARAFILM (Baroid) and MUD-PAC (Baker)
