CT-AFC-101 Anti Foulant Additive

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CT-AFC-101 is an aqueous solution of organophosphoric acid used as scale inhibitor, deflocculant, sequestrant, corrosion inhibitor in circulating cool water system.

APPLICATION

CT-AFC-101 is used as scale and corrosion inhibition in circulating cool water system, oil field and low-pressure boilers in fields such as electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, fertilizer, etc.

ADVANTAGES

• It shows excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects under 250 °C.

• It has good chemical stability under high pH value, hard to be hydrolyzed, and hard tobe decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Physical appearance - Clear, Colorless to pale yellow aqueous solution. 

Specific gravity -1.40 Min.
pH (1% Solution) - 2.0 Maximum.

Active Content % - 60 ± 2%

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

The dosage of 1-10mg/L is preferred as scale inhibitor, 10-50mg/L as corrosion inhibitor, and 1000-2000mg/L as detergent.

PACKING AND STORAGE

CT-AFC-101 is packaged in 55‐gal (208‐L) HDPE drums. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles.
