CT-CI 905 Corrosion Inhibitor for Distilled Columns

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CT CI905 Corrosion inhibitor is an amber color homogenous clear liquid used in refineries for distillation columns, condensation systems and pipelines. It is widely used in tubular tower distillation corrosion inhibition. On application, by forming a permanent layer over the surface CT CI905 Corrosion Inhibitor protects against pitting and uniform corrosion.

APPLICATION

CT CI905 can be used by dosing into  the overhead vapor pipes and distillation columns and it is soluble in Oil. It does not form an emulsion in water. It forms a permanent layer to protect the surfaces of distillation columns, condensation systems and pipelines from corrosion.

Solubility in Oil & Hydrocarbons - Soluble

Pour Point - < -25 C

Flash Point - > 25 C

Viscosity at 20 C - < 10

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Continuous treatment of 5-15 ppm, based on the volume is ideal.

PACKING AND STORAGE

CT CI905 is packaged in 55‐gal (208‐L) drums. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles.
