CDEM DEMULSIFIER

DESCRIPTION

CDEM is used to Break emulsions that is, to separate the two phases. The type of demulsifier is selected depending on the type of emulsion, either oil‐in‐water or water‐in‐ oil. Demulsifiers are used in the Chemical analysis of oil and synthetic muds and to treat produced hydrocarbons.

ADV ANT AGES

• It is used in all crude oil at temperatures from 35 deg C to 170 deg C

• It is good over wide density and temperature range

• It is compatible with corrosion inhibitor & H2S scavengers

• It reduces corrosion hazards and very easy to be mixed

• It can be used in lower dosages than most competing products

Appearance : Colorless to yellow liquid
Solubility : crude oil, aromatic solvent 

pH range : 7.00-8.50 

Boiling Point : 117 -118 deg C

USAGE

Because of the diverse nature of oil and waste amenable to treatment with CDEM, specific recommendations have to be made on a case‐by‐case basis. Recommended dosage rate is 4‐15ppm.

CDEM is packed in 55Gal Drum/208Ltr Barrels.
