PRODUCT DESCRIPTION  

It is a natural Sodium Bentonite confirms to API 13 A Section 10. It is Viscosifier and Filtration control agent for water based Mud Systems. It is used in drilling muds for controlling bore hole stability. It is utilized in drilling muds to extract drill cuttings from the bit.

Yeild Point / Plastic Viscosity Ratio: Maximum 1.5

Dispersed Plastic Viscosity: Minimum 10

Dispersed Filtrate Volume: Maximum 12.5

Moisture Content: 10% wt Maximum

  RECOMMENDED TREATMENT  

Treatment rates will vary depending on the desired rheological properties. The level of water purity will affect bentonite performance. For best results, add through a jet / hopper mixer

  PACKING AND STORAGE  

CT-BENTO S10 is be packed in 50kg HDPE bags with inner liner or 1 MT / 1.25 MT Jumbo Bags. Store in a dry location away from sources of heat or ignition, and minimize dust
